Information and product status

Aspecto, Vista and Nexo are offered as services in continuous development. Some features described on this website may still be under development: capabilities are shaped in an ongoing process around the actual needs of our clients. Product descriptions show how each service works and is meant to be used; they do not guarantee specific features, delivery dates, business results or availability, which are set out in each individual agreement. Diagrams are illustrative: they do not show a measured plan or the product’s actual interface.

Spatial illustrations do not establish dimensions, accessibility, safety, property boundaries, planning permission or building rights. Check relevant facts with the owner and competent professionals or authorities before relying on them.

Enquiries and paid agreements

Browsing, opening a draft or sending an enquiry does not place an order, create a subscription or authorise a charge. Before any paid agreement, the proposal must identify the legal supplier, scope, price including applicable taxes, staged access, billing start, duration, renewal, cancellation, delivery, support and applicable refund rights. No payment is collected on this website.

Permitted use and intellectual property

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its security or misrepresent its content as your own. Rights in third-party materials remain with their owners; a credit or external link does not grant a reuse licence. Obtain permission where required before reproducing protected material.

Availability and responsibility

We may update information as the products develop. Third-party sites and examples can change or become unavailable. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, statutory guarantees, remedies for non-performance or mandatory consumer rights.

Applicable law and complaints

These terms are written with reference to Portuguese and European Union law. The law that applies in a given case depends on the circumstances, including where you live and the terms of any individual agreement. The mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and the courts available to consumers under it, are always preserved; no exclusive foreign forum is imposed.
